Justinas Kirbutas became the new head of “Neptūnas“ plant

Recently Justinas Kirbutas became the new head of Neptūnas natural mineral water plant in Varėna. His main responsibilities will include implementation of the company’s production and logistics strategy as also running day to day plant operations and work.

Previous to becoming the manager of the “Neptūnas“ plant owned by “Coca Cola HBC Lietuva“, J. Kirbutas was a member of the board and Chief Operating Officer in the retail company „Maxima Eesti“. He has gained a strong leading experience and competence in the logistics and trade, moreover, earlier J. Kirbutas has already worked at “Coca Cola HBC Lithuania“.

In 2019 “Neptūnas” factory was granted with the highest level European water management certificate for the responsible use of water resources. This assessment shows that the factory manages the water use processes in an exceptionally sustainable and efficient manner, fully complying European and national legislation requirements. Natural mineral water plant operated by the “Coca‑Cola” system is the first company in Lithuania to be certified according to the European water management standard.

Operating in Varėna “Neptūnas“ is the only factory in the Baltic States belonging to the international group of “Coca‑Cola” system. The factory specializes in natural mineral water production precisely.
