OUR MISSION SUSTAINABILITY 2025 GOALS:

  • Reduce direct carbon emissions ratio by 30% by 2017.
  • Less emissions in customer outlets – 50% of our refrigerators in customer outlets will be energy efficient.
  • 50% of total energy used in our plants will be from renewable and clean sources.
  • 100% of the total electricity used in our plants in the EU will be from renewable and clean sources.

Water is the basic ingredient of our products; it is the focus of our production process and is essential to grow the agricultural products we use.

OUR MISSION SUSTAINABILITY 2025 GOALS:

  • Reduce water use in plants located in water risk areas by 20%.
  • Help secure water availability for all our communities in water risk areas.

We don't want to just produce beverages. We want to make real change.

OUR MISSION SUSTAINABILITY 2025 GOALS:

  • 100% of our consumer packaging will be recyclable;
  • Source 35% of the total PET we use from recycled PET and/or PET from renewable material;
  • Help collect the equivalent of 75% of our primary packaging.

Sustainable sourcing of raw materials greatly influences our economic, environmental and social impact. That’s why our suppliers’ behaviour directly affects our sustainability performance and our commitments.

  • Train 1 million young people entering the labour market in 28 countries, thanks to our #YouthEmpowered programme.
  • 50% of manager positions will be held by women.
  • Target zero fatalities and reduce accident rate by 50%.

In our activities, we follow the sustainability principles and guidelines based on:

  • United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: goals 6 and 12,
  • Greenhouse Gas Protocol,
  • European Water Stewardship (EWS),
  • Calorie Reduction Pledge,
  • EU Pledge (responsible marketing),
  • Letter of intent to optimise the energy value and composition of food products in Poland (via the signatory, i.e. the Polish Federation of Food Industry Employers Association).
